This is a review of the quality of auto detailing expertise provided by Alex at Ale’s Detailing. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Liquid and solid concrete-plaster was properly removed from the surface of our car that spilled all over our 2025 Honda Civic by a construction contractor. This required hours of work and a special expertise to restore the finish like new. We thought our car would need a new paint job, but Alex knew how to eliminate that concern and saved us $$thousands in cost. There are three things for certain… death, taxes and Alex’s experience in knowing how to solve difficult car finish problems like this. There is nothing to worry about with Alex. I honestly put this off for months because I didn’t want to deal with dropping my car off somewhere and hoping they’d do a good job. My BMW’s interior was bad. The seats, center console, and door panels were all showing wear and stains. Alejandro came to my place right on time and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. No rushing, no shortcuts. When he was done, the interior looked and smelled like the day I bought the car. The seats literally looked new again. Being able to have this done at my home was a game changer, and the level of care was way above any car wash or shop I’ve used before. You can tell he actually cares about the cars he works on. I called Ale’s in the morning desperate for someone to come and detail our incredibly dirty minivan same day. Think Orlando trip with 4 kids under 12 kind of dirty. Think open container of slime from art class, old yogurts from lunch boxes, thick zinc sunscreen all over the backseat. Toss in crumbs from chip bags and birthday party cupcakes and you have a good picture of what my back seats looked like. Enter Ale’s. He worked diligently until the job was done. Provided before and after pics so we could see all the work. I’m grateful Ale’s was able to come same day and save me the embarrassment of picking up out of town friends in a dirty messy minivan. Excellent mobile detailing service! Alejandro was professional, punctual, communicative, and very easy to work with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, including the service and payment options, and was very flexible and accommodating with what I needed. I specifically needed an interior detail before a long road trip, and the results were excellent. I had quite a bit of pet hair, which is normally an additional charge, but Alejandro took care of it because he wanted to make sure the vehicle was done properly and that I was completely satisfied with the work. I really appreciated that. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. The whole experience was easy and convenient, and the quality of the work was excellent for a mobile detailing service. I contacted them because I had a few spots on the suede headliner of my car. Since the car is very well kept, I did not want to attempt cleaning them myself and risk causing permanent damage. Ale was very responsive and provided excellent service. My technician, Maykel—I hope I spelled his name correctly—was very respectful, professional, and exceptionally careful. His attention to detail was truly commendable. Most importantly, the spots on the headliner were removed flawlessly, and the car’s interior went from a 9.5 to a perfect 10. Alejandro did an amazing job on my Tiguan! He cleaned off all the pollen from the roof rails, got rid of the brake dust on the wheels, and even used a clay bar on the doors to remove stuff I didn’t even notice. The tires look clean and natural (not greasy), and the black paint looks super good!! For just $50, the quality of his work is what you’d expect from a professional detailer charging way more. I’ve had my car detailed before, but nothing compares to this experience!!! Michael came right to my driveway, which was incredibly convenient, and the results were unbelievable and my 8-year-old SUV looks showroom fresh. They came straight to my condo fully equipped with their van and did a tremendous job. Alex, the detailer, educated me about how to maintain the car’s value and did a perfect job on the vehicle. I have a Ferrari SF90 and he used alcantara specific products that were non-non toxic to clean. Everything they use is high quality and there fully mobile. The mobile team did an amazing job. I am selling a family member’s car, but it was in pretty bad shape because they are heavy smokers. Ale’s team came in & completely removed every bit of dirt, ash, stain and smell. The car Is 10 years old and is in pretty great condition after the wash. I’ve taken my car to multiple detailers and always felt like something was missing. Either they rushed it or the results didn’t last. This was different. I booked a detail with Ale’s Mobile Detailing for the Wash and Wax package for my Lamborghini STO at the Aventura mall and they did it right in the garage. I was really impressed with the level of service and quality. They took my Porsche GTR from dusty and grimy to showroom shine. I was closely inspecting how they work and I noticed they never reuse any towels in the same job and they only use non-toxic detailing products to get the job done.
