I honestly put this off for months because I didn’t want to deal with dropping my car off somewhere and hoping they’d do a good job. My BMW’s interior was bad. The seats, center console, and door panels were all showing wear and stains. Alejandro came to my place right on time and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. No rushing, no shortcuts. When he was done, the interior looked and smelled like the day I bought the car. The seats literally looked new again. Being able to have this done at my home was a game changer, and the level of care was way above any car wash or shop I’ve used before. You can tell he actually cares about the cars he works on. I called Ale’s in the morning desperate for someone to come and detail our incredibly dirty minivan same day. Think Orlando trip with 4 kids under 12 kind of dirty. Think open container of slime from art class, old yogurts from lunch boxes, thick zinc sunscreen all over the backseat. Toss in crumbs from chip bags and birthday party cupcakes and you have a good picture of what my back seats looked like. Enter Ale’s. He worked diligently until the job was done. Provided before and after pics so we could see all the work. I’m grateful Ale’s was able to come same day and save me the embarrassment of picking up out of town friends in a dirty messy minivan.
